- 1 loaf Ciabatta bread or a large baguette
- ½ cup Butter, softened to room temperature
- 3 tbsp Parsley or cilantro leaves, chopped
- 4 cloves Garlic, chopped
- 3 tbsp Grated parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C). Mix all the ingredients thoroughly. Slice bread loaf into thick slices. Do not slice all the way through, though.Spread the butter mix equally between cut slices. Sprinkle a little additional parmesan cheese over the top. Wrap loaf in foil and bake for 20 minutes. Open the foil to brown the loaf, about 5 minutes more.
