Cuban mojo sauce

Mojo Criollo-Cuban Citrus-Garlic Sauce and Marinade

This sauce epitomizes Cuban flavors. Bitter orange, tons of garlic, and olive oil make this a perfect sauce for dipping and an even better marinade for slow cooked meats, especially Lechon Asado.
