Equipment

  • 2 cup jar with lid

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • ½ cup Buttermilk
  • ¼ cup Sour cream
  • ½ tsp Each: dried parsley, dill weed, onion powder, garlic powder, chives, Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ tsp Each: salt and pepper

Instructions

  • In a pint jar, add all the ingredients and mix to thoroughly combine. Screw on lid and rest for a few hours in the refrigerator to allow the flavors to blend. Thin with a little but of milk or buttermilk if it seems too thick. Store in refrigerator.

Notes

  • Larger quantities of the dried spices can be stored in a jar to add to the mayonnaise/buttermilk/sour cream right before using. This recipe calls for about 4 teaspoons of the mixed dried spices.
