New York City Russian Dressing

New York City Russian Dressing

Russian dressing and thousand island dressing are very similar ketchup and mayonnaise-based cold sauces with slightly different additions. Russian dressing is meant to be combined with corned beef to create the Reuben sandwich for a traditional and delicious eating experience. The dressing was also used to dress cold fish and seafood as well as salads. It takes minutes to make and keeps well in the refrigerator.
