Japanese teriyaki sauce

Teriyaki Sauce

This is a great version of Japan's famous teriyaki sauce. It takes about 5-10 minutes to make and can be stored in the refrigerator for weeks. Try it on Broiled Salmon Teriyaki and slightly enhanced for Grilled Chicken Yakitori.
