Garlic fingers are a great hand food. Serve as an appetizer, side dish, or passed app at a cocktail party. Garlic fingers are often served with donair sauce, but they can also be enjoyed with marinara sauce or ranch dressing.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Unroll the pizza dough and place on a lightly greased baking sheet. Spread dough out in the pan. Melt butter in a small bowl in the microwave.
Combine the parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, salt, oregano, and black pepper with the melted butter. Brush the garlic butter mixture evenly over the pizza dough. Sprinkle bacon over, if using, and then toss mozzarella cheese over the top.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Cut into strips and serve withdonair sauce, marinara sauce, ranch dressing, or your favorite dipping sauce.
