Equipment

  • small saucepan

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Evaporated milk
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • ¼ cup White vinegar
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Cayenne
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • In a medium saucepan, combine all of the ingredients. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Remove from heat and let cool completely. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
