Strawberry Lemonade
This combination of fresh strawberries and lemons makes a cool and refreshing drink for hot days. Perfect for BBQs or just sitting around, the drink can be enchanced with the addition of bubbly soda water and/or vodka.

Equipment
- Food Processor or blender
Ingredients
- 16 oz Fresh strawberries
- 1½ cup Fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup Sugar
- 3 cups Cold water
Instructions
- Prep – Core, hull, and quarter strawberries. Puree in a blender or food processor with 3 tbsp of lemon juice until completely blended. If using fresh lemons, juice them.
- Make Lemonade – Pour pureed strawberries into a large pitcher. Add lemon juice and sugar. Stir to combine and dissolve sugar.
- Serve – Add cold water or a combination of soda water an water, to the pitcher. Stir to blend. Serve over ice.
