Strawberry Lemonade

This combination of fresh strawberries and lemons makes a cool and refreshing drink for hot days. Perfect for BBQs or just sitting around, the drink can be enchanced with the addition of bubbly soda water and/or vodka.

  • Food Processor or blender


  • 16 oz Fresh strawberries
  • cup Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 3 cups Cold water


  • Prep – Core, hull, and quarter strawberries. Puree in a blender or food processor with 3 tbsp of lemon juice until completely blended. If using fresh lemons, juice them.
  • Make Lemonade – Pour pureed strawberries into a large pitcher. Add lemon juice and sugar. Stir to combine and dissolve sugar.
  • Serve – Add cold water or a combination of soda water an water, to the pitcher. Stir to blend. Serve over ice.
