American Blue Cheese Dip
- Medium bowl
- ¼ lb Crumbled blue cheese
- ¼ cup Sour cream
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- ½ Lemon, juiced
- 1 tbsp White or apple cider vinegar
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
- In a bowl, mash blue cheese to paste with a fork. Whisk in remaining ingredients. Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
