Portuguese Yogurt Dip

This interesting sauce combines local ingredients like mayonnaise with ingredients from the 16th century Portuguese spice trade like yogurt and sweet oranges from Southern India. It complements grilled meats beautifully and makes a lovely dip for fried cod fritters.
