Portuguese Yogurt Dip
This interesting sauce combines local ingredients like mayonnaise with ingredients from the 16th century Portuguese spice trade like yogurt and sweet oranges from Southern India. It complements grilled meats beautifully and makes a lovely dip for fried cod fritters.

- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 8 oz Plain whole milk yogurt
- 2 tsp Mustard
- 1 tbsp Orange juice
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Mix everything together in a sealable container. Adjust seasonings. That's it! Sauce can be served right away or stored in the refrigerator for a week or-more.
