Lemon and Olive Oil Sauce (Ladolemono)

This simple lemon sauce encompasses the very Greek flavor profile of lemon, oregano, and olive oil. It goes exceptionally well with grilled lamb chops, seafood and vegetables.

Ladolemono -Lemon and Olive Oil Sauce

Try pouring this sauce over grilled or broiled lamb and seafood. It's also a wonderful dip for French fries, frites, and chips, and can really liven-up vegetable sides. It is as much a super-charged vinaigrette as it is a sauce.
