This simple lemon sauce encompasses the very Greek flavor profile of lemon, oregano, and olive oil. It goes exceptionally well with grilled lamb chops, seafood and vegetables.
Ladolemono -Lemon and Olive Oil Sauce
Try pouring this sauce over grilled or broiled lamb and seafood. It's also a wonderful dip for French fries, frites, and chips, and can really liven-up vegetable sides. It is as much a super-charged vinaigrette as it is a sauce.

- Medium bowl, whisk
Ingredients
- ½ cup Fresh lemon juice
- 1¼ tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1¼ tbsp Dried oregano
- ¾ cup Extra virgin olive oil
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Whisk together lemon juice, mustard, and oregano. Slowly whisk in olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Pour into a jar with screw top so you can give it shake before using.
