Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Oyster sauce
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • ½ cup Ketchup
  • 7 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  • Combine oyster sauce and sugar in a pint jar or other container with a lid. Shake until sugar has dissolved.
  • Add ketchup and Worcestershire sauce. Shake again. Taste and make any adjustments. Serve immediately with Okonomiyaki pancakes or seal tight and refrigerate for 2-3 weeks.
