Ingredients
- ¼ cup Oyster sauce
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- ½ cup Ketchup
- 7 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Combine oyster sauce and sugar in a pint jar or other container with a lid. Shake until sugar has dissolved.
- Add ketchup and Worcestershire sauce. Shake again. Taste and make any adjustments. Serve immediately with Okonomiyaki pancakes or seal tight and refrigerate for 2-3 weeks.
