- ½ cup Soy sauce
- ¼ cup Rice vinegar (Sub: white vinegar)
- ¼ cup Water
- 3 tbsp Cornstarch
- 1 tbsp Grated ginger
- 6 cloves Garlic, minced
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
- Once sauce comes to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes. Serve or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up-to a few weeks.
Notes
