Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Water
- 2 tbsp Fresh lime juice
- 2 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
- ¼ tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp Black pepper
- 1 stalk Scallion, ¼-inch slices
- 2 tbsp Cilantro, chopped
- 14 oz Can hearts of palm, sliced ½-inch pieces
- 2 medium Tomatoes, roughly chopped
- 1 medium Avocado, sliced
Instructions
- Combine water, lime juice, oil, salt, and pepper in a serving bowl. Mix in scallion and cilantro. Toss the hearts of palm, tomato, and avocado into the bowl and gently toss to coat.
